Terms of Service

RV Select, Inc. Effective Date: January 12, 2026

The Short Version

We want you to use our site to find your next RV—not to read legal documents. Here's the gist:

- Be a good human. Don't scrape our data, spam us, or use our site for anything sketchy.

- Listings aren't contracts. Prices, availability, and specs can change. Always verify with us directly before making decisions.

- Your account, your responsibility. Keep your login secure and don't let others use it.

- We're not liable for everything. We do our best, but we can't guarantee every photo or spec is perfect.

- Disputes go to arbitration first, then courts if needed.

Now, the full legal stuff:

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our websites (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

The Site is owned and operated by RV Select, Inc. ("RV Select," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 610 US-92 Seffner, Florida 33584.

Website operations, hosting, and related services are provided by RV Envy LLC, a third-party service provider authorized by RV Select, Inc. to operate the Site on our behalf.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site or create an account. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account to access certain features, including saving searches, favoriting listings, subscribing to pricing and availability alerts, and communicating with our dealership.

When you subscribe to our mailing list or submit an inquiry, we create a user record to manage your preferences and communications—even if you have not explicitly created an account with a password. You can access and manage this record at any time (see Section 3.4).

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

3.3 Staff Access to Your Information

RV Select dealership staff may access certain information in your profile to assist you, including contact information you have provided (such as phone number and email address). Staff may also view and update your preferences, such as the types of RVs you're interested in, preferred features, or layout preferences. Both you and authorized staff can modify these preferences to ensure you receive relevant communications and recommendations.

3.4 Managing Your Preferences

You can view and update your preferences at any time by:

  • Entering your email address on the Site and clicking the secure link sent to your inbox

  • Clicking the "manage preferences" link included in any email we send you, which provides direct access to your preference settings without requiring a password

3.5 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Site or collect data without our express written consent

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site

  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

  • Use the Site for competitive intelligence gathering or to benefit a competing business

  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Site without our express written permission

  • Harass, abuse, or harm another person through your use of the Site

5. User-Generated Content

5.1 Your Content

The Site may allow you to post reviews, comments, questions, photos, or other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by posting it, you grant RV Select, Inc. and RV Envy LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Site and our business.

5.2 Content Standards

You agree that your User Content will not:

  • Be false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent

  • Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

  • Contain obscene, vulgar, or offensive material

  • Promote illegal activity or harm to any person or entity

  • Contain spam, advertising, or solicitations without our permission

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion for any reason.

6. Listing Information and Disclaimers

6.1 Accuracy of Listings

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that vehicle specifications, pricing, photos, and availability information on the Site are accurate. However, all listing information is subject to change without notice.

6.2 No Guarantee

Prices, availability, and vehicle conditions displayed on the Site are for informational purposes only and do not constitute an offer to sell. All information is subject to errors, omissions, and changes, including price changes and vehicle availability.

6.3 Photos and Descriptions

Photos may not reflect the current condition of a vehicle. Colors, options, and features shown may vary from actual vehicles. Some photos may be stock images or may show optional equipment not included in the listed price.

6.4 Verification Required

You should contact RV Select directly to verify all information, including pricing, availability, specifications, and vehicle condition, before making any purchasing decisions.

6.5 Data Corrections

If you identify inaccurate information on the Site, please contact RV Envy LLC to report the issue.

7. AI-Powered Chat

The Site may include an AI-powered chat feature to assist you. This feature uses artificial intelligence technologies provided by third parties, including Anthropic and OpenAI. Conversations with the chat feature may be processed by these AI systems. The AI chat is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Always verify important information directly with our staff.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of RV Select, Inc., RV Envy LLC, or their licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written permission.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, INFORMATION, AND SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RV Select, Inc. AND RV Envy LLC DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RV Select, Inc., RV Envy LLC, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RV Select, Inc., RV Envy LLC, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in the county where RV Select is located.

13.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any arbitration or legal proceeding shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action.

13.3 Litigation

For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the county where RV Select is located.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where RV Select is located, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and RV Select regarding your use of the Site.
